2020 Election Updates
House and Senate seats that flipped
As the country awaits final results of races for both the Senate and House after Election Day, three Senate seats and 12 House seats have already flipped. Arizona and Colorado elected Democrat nominees to the Senate in a big win for the left. Now, both states will be represented by two Democrats. Currently, Democrats have been elected to 48 seats, and Republican to 50. The wait is in Georgia, which is heading into two runoffs. In the House, Republicans made some significant gains and are waiting on 15 seats to be called, but Democrats, it is confirmed, will keep the majority in the U.S. House.
