This year the annual AAHAM Annual National Institute meets in Las Vegas and I urge you to take advantage of the many benefits that come from attending a national conference.

There are so many benefits in attending the Annual National Institute (ANI) of AAHAM.

This year we meet in October 5-7 at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort for three full action packed days.

If you are a first time or experienced attendee; these conferences offer so much that I thought it may be worthwhile to offer a few tips regarding our Las Vegas location:

Pace yourself. If you are coming from the east coast; it may take some adjusting to the time change and altitude. 

 

Walking distances are very deceptive and while a hotel may seem close; it may actually be a much longer walk. Comfortable walking shoes may come in handy.

 

Drink water. Don’t forget you are in the desert and it’s easy to get dehydrated.

As part of your AAHAM-ANI registration; there are delicious continental breakfasts, buffet luncheons and our annual awards banquet.
